Shipping will not be refunded due to weather conditions, returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided, none collection from a Royal Mail (if no one is home during delivery) or returned back to us due to undeliverable address. 

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm the same day (Monday - Friday) unless stated otherwise on the product page or website header. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped on the next working day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, this will contain all the information you'll need to track your orders journey (if tracking information is available with your chosen delivery service).

Tracking

All of our Royal Mail Tracked orders are trackable using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email or via the Royal Mail website.
If you are out when the parcel arrives at your specified address, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or taken to a Royal Mail depot or Post Office. The delivery person will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel or to organise a re-delivery.
